I have always had the need to write and been a HUGE self-help person.  I prefer to do alternative remedies than take meds and will research high and low to get myself there (to a good place!)  I am a positive person and appreciate learning from others and the world around me.  With over 20 years of Communications and Business experience, and over 15 years of Marketing experience, I can write about a vast array of topics since I also have a minor in Psychology.  I am married and have 3 children.
